Mexfrut, with its address at Libramiento carretera Zapotiltic – Tamazula Km 1.672, Lote 1, Zapotiltic, Jalisco, Mexico, is the controller of the personal data we collect through mexfrut.com/aguacatehass.
Data we collect
Through the form in this section we collect your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country or destination market, the volume in metric tons if you choose to give it, and any comments you wish to add.
Purposes
- To answer the question you send us about Hass avocado.
- To send you in writing the technical or commercial information you asked for.
- To follow up on the commercial relationship and any orders arising from it.
- To comply with applicable tax, customs and phytosanitary obligations.
Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties outside Mexfrut, except where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to carry out the export operation you have requested before authorities and customs agents.

You may request access to, rectification or cancellation of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contacto@mexfrut.com. We will answer your request within the periods set out in the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
